Designing environments that carry intention, emotion, and presence.

Experience & Space Design

This offering is for those who want to shape how a moment feels — whether that environment exists within four walls, beneath open sky, or somewhere in between. From intimate gatherings to expansive retreats, I design environments that support presence, connection, and emotional resonance.

Each experience is approached holistically, with attention to atmosphere, flow, and sensory detail — designed in response to the people, place, and intention.

For some projects, this may extend into full experience design and creative production, ensuring that sound, food, florals, and other elements are aligned as a cohesive whole.

What this can look like

These offerings are flexible and co-created. Whether you’re styling a space, curating a gathering, or dreaming up something entirely new — from envisioning to guiding a vision into form — each experience is designed collaboratively in response to the intention.

Select offerings may be combined or expanded depending on the intention of your gathering.

In addition to client collaborations, I also create and host original experiences shaped by season, place, and intention.

  • Immersive, sensory-driven experiences shaped around intention.

This is the foundation of my work. Event & Experience Design focuses on the overall feeling, flow, and emotional arc of a gathering — how people arrive, connect, and move through the experience as a whole.

Rather than starting with a predefined format, each experience is designed in response to the intention, the people involved, and what the moment is meant to hold.

    Can include:

    • Retreats, weddings, ceremonies, and intimate celebrations

    • Brand events or experiential activations

    • Soulful workshops and gatherings

    • Sacred or wellness-focused experiences

    • Timeline and flow guidance

  • Curating spaces that feel intentional, grounded, and aligned.

This offering focuses on the physical expression of an environment — how a space is styled and layered to reflect the intention.

    Can include:

    • Home, studio, or sacred space styling

    • Indoor and outdoor environments (garden dinners, gathering nooks, rustic tablescapes)

    • Wedding and ceremony spaces

    • Venue styling for retreats, celebrations, or intimate events

    • Pop-ups, creative spaces, or shop environments

    • Ritual spaces or altar creation

    • Textural, color, and detail-driven styling elements

  • Crafting how a space feels through layered, intuitive details.

This offering focuses on the felt experience of a space or gathering. I work with mood, tone, and sensory cohesion to support presence, connection, and the overall emotional quality of an experience.

    Can include:

    • Vibe direction and mood-setting

    • Sensory details, layering through sound, scent, and subtle atmospheric cues

    • Color and tonal guidance to support feeling

    • Intuitive use of objects, florals, or ritual elements

    • Sensory moments integrated into gatherings or ceremonies

  • Holding the behind-the-scenes so the vision flows with ease.

This offering focuses on curating and aligning the elements of an experience so they work together as a cohesive whole. Whether supporting a shared vision or guiding an experience from its earliest concept, I select collaborators, spaces, and details that resonate with the intention.

    Can include:

    • Sourcing & managing vendors (caterers, florists, musicians, speakers)

    • Coordinating setup & aesthetics

    • Flow and timing support

    • Onsite styling and presence

  • Design that connects you to the natural world — visually, energetically, and emotionally.

This offering centers nature as an active design element. Through plants, natural materials, and elemental balance, I create environments that support grounding, vitality, and a deeper relationship with place.

    Can include: (nature-specific, non-redundant)

    • Plant styling and indoor garden consultation

    • Medicinal or edible garden design (for home or wellness spaces)

    • Elemental design considerations (earth, water, fire, air)

    • Natural material sourcing (wood, stone, linen, clay)

    • Nature-integrated ritual or gathering spaces

    • Environments that encourage light, flow, and stillness

  • Translating feeling, intention, and vision into lived experience.

This offering begins before form. I work at the level of vision — sensing what wants to be created and guiding it into an experience that can be felt, shared, and lived. Sometimes this means helping shape an existing idea; other times, it means originating the concept and allowing the form to emerge from intention.

    Can include:

    • Visioning and concept development

    • Translating intention into experiential form

    • Shaping the emotional arc of an experience

    • Creative direction across elements (sound, space, sensory detail)

    • Guiding an idea from early concept into real-world expression

  • Designing sensory and plant-based elements that deepen presence and connection.

This offering treats sensory and medicinal elements as part of the experience itself — not as standalone products. I design and integrate plant-based, herbal, and sensory offerings in response to the intention of a gathering, using them to support atmosphere, embodiment, and emotional resonance.

    Can include:

    • Herbal, botanical, or plant-based sensory elements designed for an experience

    • Medicinal or ceremonial offerings integrated into gatherings or retreats

    • Sensory activations that support grounding, connection, or transition

    • Thoughtful pairing of plants, ritual, and environment

    • Experience-specific creations shaped by season, place, and intention
